Tumblast Shot Blasting Machine :
These Centrifugal Blast cleaning machines are most suitable for cleaning & finishing of small to medium sizes of castings Forgings , Brass & Gun metal parts , Aluminium & Zinc die castings , Sheet metal parts as well Heat treated components. The components are loaded on the conveyor belt in batches. The components tumble on the belt when belt rotates and a centrifugal blasting rotor hits the components with steel shots. The shots are automatically re cycled. The dust / scale removed goes to the attached Dust collector. Hanger Model Shot Blasting Machine:
These Wheel Blasting Machines are available in :

Centralised hanger model has a rotary hanger inside the chamber. We have to open the door and than we can load , unload on that hanger.Single Door Single hanger type shot blasting machine has a hanger on the door.Double door double hanger shot blasting machine has a hanger on each door. While one hanger is inside chamber , second can be used for loading , unloading.Monorail is a model where hanger can be moved in & out for loading , unloading of components.The machine has a minimum of two Wheels and the number of wheels can be increased as equired. Continuous Conveyor Model Shot Blasting Machine:
These Airless Blast Cleaning Machines are useful where a single side is to be shot blasted at a time.Components are loaded on a conveyor belt from one side and unloaded from other side of the machine.A gyro screen can be added to use it as a Shot Peening Machine.
